TERMS OF SERVICE

Version 1.2 · Effective October 22, 2026

CONNECT TO INSPECT LLC TERMS OF SERVICE Version 1.2 · Effective October 22, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Connect To Inspect, including its website, its mobile applications for iPhone, iPad and Android (the "App"), booking services, communications, payment services, inspection marketplace, and related technology (collectively, the "Platform").

Connect To Inspect LLC ("Connect To Inspect," "we," "us," or "our") is a Florida limited liability company.

By creating an account, booking an inspection, downloading or using the App, using the Platform, or electronically accepting these Terms, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform. By using the Platform you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. THE CONNECT TO INSPECT MARKETPLACE Connect To Inspect operates a technology marketplace that connects homeowners, homebuyers, and real estate and insurance professionals with independent, licensed and insured home inspectors.

Connect To Inspect is not the home inspector, does not perform home inspections, does not prepare inspection reports, and does not independently determine the professional conclusions contained in an inspection report.

Inspectors available through the Platform are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Connect To Inspect. Their professional opinions, inspection methods, findings, photographs, reports, recommendations, and other professional work are their responsibility.

Connect To Inspect may facilitate scheduling, dispatch, payment, communications, document delivery, customer support, and other administrative functions.

3. ACCOUNTS You must create an account to book an inspection or to use the App as an inspector or referral partner. You may sign in with an email address and password. On the website, you may also be offered sign-in with a third-party account such as Google.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account. You may allow your device's password manager to save your credentials. Tell us promptly at the contact details below if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You must provide accurate information and must not create an account using another person's identity.

4. DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT You may delete your account at any time: - in the App: Profile → Delete account; or - on the website: Profile → Delete account; or - by contacting us at the details below.

Deletion closes your sign-in and erases your personal details. Accounts with an upcoming inspection or an unpaid inspector payout cannot be deleted until those are completed or canceled. Records we are required or permitted to keep (for example payment, tax, legal-acceptance, safety and dispute records) are retained in anonymized or restricted form as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. INSPECTOR QUALIFICATIONS Connect To Inspect requires participating inspectors to satisfy applicable licensing, insurance, documentation, approval, and operational requirements.

Connect To Inspect may verify credentials and may suspend or remove an inspector when credentials become invalid, expire, cannot be verified, or when the inspector violates these Terms, the Inspector Agreement, applicable law, or Platform requirements.

Verification by Connect To Inspect does not constitute a warranty that an inspector's professional work will be error-free.

6. BOOKING Customers are responsible for providing accurate: - name; - contact information; - property information and address; - requested inspection type; - appointment information; and - property access information.

A booking is not confirmed until the Platform confirms the booking and payment has been authorized or completed as applicable.

Inspection availability is subject to participating inspector availability and service-area requirements.

7. PRICING The price displayed at checkout is the applicable customer price for the selected inspection and options.

Connect To Inspect may change prices prospectively. A confirmed booking keeps the price displayed and accepted at the time of booking unless the customer voluntarily changes the inspection or appointment in a way that changes the price.

Same-day service may carry an additional $75 surcharge when the booking satisfies the applicable same-day eligibility requirements.

8. PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS Customer payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

Connect To Inspect receives the customer payment and uses the applicable funds to operate the marketplace and compensate the participating inspector. Connect To Inspect's standard marketplace fee is 20% of the customer inspection charge, subject to the terms applicable to the particular booking. Connect To Inspect pays ordinary card-processing costs from its marketplace share unless otherwise disclosed.

Inspection services are real-world services and are paid through the Platform's payment processor, not through Apple or Google in-app purchase.

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. INSPECTOR PAYOUTS Inspector payouts are made through Stripe Connect. To receive payouts, inspectors must complete Stripe's onboarding and agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Connect To Inspect is not responsible for delays or holds imposed by Stripe or by an inspector's bank.

10. INSPECTION SERVICES The inspector, not Connect To Inspect, is responsible for performing the inspection in accordance with applicable law, licensing requirements, professional standards, and the inspector's professional judgment.

The scope of an inspection is determined by the inspection type purchased and the inspector's applicable professional obligations.

Customers should review their inspection report carefully and obtain additional professional advice where appropriate.

An inspection is not a guarantee that every defect, condition, hazard, infestation, repair, or future problem will be discovered. For example, if an inspection report states that no termites were observed and termites are discovered three months later, that later-discovered condition is a matter between the customer and the inspector and is not transformed into a warranty by Connect To Inspect.

11. INSPECTION CONCERNS If a customer believes there is a problem with an inspection or report, the customer should contact Connect To Inspect promptly.

When a concern is reported within 24 hours after the inspection, Connect To Inspect may contact the inspector and facilitate communication between the customer and inspector.

Connect To Inspect may act as an administrative mediator but does not assume responsibility for the inspector's professional conclusions, inspection methodology, findings, or report.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

12. REPORTS AND PHOTOGRAPHS Inspection reports and photographs may be delivered electronically through the Platform. Customers should download and keep a copy of their report; reports are available on the Platform for the period described in the Privacy Policy and Report Handling policy.

The inspector retains applicable professional and intellectual-property rights in the inspector's professional work product. The customer receives the rights reasonably necessary to retain, review, use, and provide the report for the customer's property and transaction.

An authorized referral organization may receive and retain a report or photographs when the customer has authorized such access or when the organization's access has otherwise been lawfully established through the Platform.

Inspectors may upload only photographs and documents that relate to the inspection and that they have the right to share. Photographs must not include people's faces or personal belongings beyond what is reasonably necessary to document the property's condition.

13. LOCATION SHARING When an inspector taps "Start route" in the App, the App shares the inspector's precise location, including in the background while the App is closed or the device is locked, so the homeowner can see the inspector's progress and estimated arrival time. Location sharing stops when the inspector marks "Arrived" or the appointment ends.

Location sharing requires the inspector's consent through the Location Tracking Consent and the device's location permission. Inspectors can withdraw permission at any time in their device settings, but on-the-way tracking will then be unavailable.

Location is not collected at other times, is not used for advertising, and is deleted after the tracking period described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal, security, dispute, or other lawful retention requirements.

14. COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS Connect To Inspect sends transactional communications reasonably necessary to operate the service, including booking confirmations, appointment updates, payment information, report notifications, account security notices, cancellations and rescheduling notices.

App notifications. If you allow notifications on your device, the App may send push notifications such as new inspection offers, start-route reminders and appointment updates. You can turn these off in the App (Profile → Notifications) or in your device settings.

Email. You can turn off non-essential email updates in Profile → Notifications. Account-security and legally required messages may still be sent.

Text messages. If you opt in to text messages, Connect To Inspect will send transactional text messages about your inspections or, for inspectors, job offers and reminders. Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to text messages is not a condition of any purchase. See our SMS & MMS Notifications policy for details.

Marketing communications are handled separately and are sent only where permitted by applicable law, with an opt-out in every message.

15. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT Customers may submit reviews of their Connect To Inspect experience after an eligible completed inspection. Users may also submit other content such as messages, photographs and documents ("User Content").

User Content must be truthful and must not contain unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or discriminatory material, personal information belonging to another person, spam, advertising, or fraudulent content.

Connect To Inspect may review, filter, hide or remove User Content that violates these Terms or the Review Policy, and may suspend or remove users who post it. To report objectionable content or abusive users, contact us at the details below; we aim to act on reports within 24 hours.

A review does not affect dispatch priority, inspector compensation, inspector eligibility, or inspection pricing.

16. ACCEPTABLE USE You may use the Platform only for its intended purpose. You may not: - copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Platform except as permitted by law; - interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts; - use the Platform for fraud, harassment, or any unlawful purpose; or - use automated means to access the Platform without our written permission.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Platform, its software, branding, interface, content created by Connect To Inspect, and related technology are owned by or licensed to Connect To Inspect and are protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform, including to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for its intended purpose.

18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The Platform relies on third-party services including payment processing (Stripe), mapping and address services, hosting, authentication, email and text-message delivery, push-notification services provided by Apple and Google, analytics, and app-store services.

Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. Connect To Inspect does not control third-party systems and is not responsible for outages or failures caused solely by those providers.

19. MOBILE APP TERMS (APPLE AND GOOGLE) If you download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play:

a. These Terms are between you and Connect To Inspect only, not Apple Inc. ("Apple") or Google LLC ("Google"). Connect To Inspect, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the App and its content.

b. Your license to use the App is limited to use on Apple- or Android-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules in the applicable app-store terms of service, except that the App may be accessed by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or similar features where available.

c. Connect To Inspect is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

d. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App to you (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are Connect To Inspect's responsibility, to the extent not disclaimed in these Terms.

e. Connect To Inspect, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and use of it, including (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

f. If a third party claims that the App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Connect To Inspect, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.

g. You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

h. Questions, complaints or claims about the App should be directed to Connect To Inspect at the contact details in Section 30.

i. You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App, such as your wireless data service agreement.

j. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

20. PRIVACY Use of the Platform is also governed by the Connect To Inspect Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, including location while an inspector is on the way, device notification tokens, account details, booking details, photographs and payout information, and how we use and protect it.

21. DISCLAIMERS Except where expressly stated or prohibited by law, Connect To Inspect provides the marketplace and technology on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Connect To Inspect does not warrant that: - every inspection will be available at every requested time; - every inspector will remain available; - an inspection will discover every defect; - an inspection report will be error-free; - estimated arrival times shown during tracking will be exact; - the Platform will always operate without interruption; or - third-party services will always be available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Connect To Inspect will not be responsible for professional inspection services, professional opinions, inspection findings, inspection omissions, or the professional contents of an inspector's report.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connect To Inspect's liability arising from the Platform will be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer to Connect To Inspect for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, except to the extent a greater amount is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from conduct for which limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

23. INDEMNIFICATION To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to indemnify and hold Connect To Inspect harmless from third-party claims arising from the user's unlawful conduct, fraud, misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

This provision does not require a customer to indemnify Connect To Inspect for Connect To Inspect's own conduct where such indemnification would be prohibited by applicable law.

24. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION Connect To Inspect may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, inspectors, the Platform, payment systems, or legal compliance, including for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, harassment, payment abuse, objectionable User Content, or violations of these Terms.

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time as described in Section 4.

Termination does not eliminate obligations that by their nature survive termination.

25. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Customers should first contact Connect To Inspect through its customer-support process. The parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution before pursuing formal proceedings. Where appropriate and agreed, the parties may participate in mediation.

Nothing in this section prevents a party from seeking emergency relief or exercising a right that cannot legally be waived.

26. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent court proceedings are permitted, the parties consent to venue in the state or federal courts located in or serving Broward County, Florida, subject to applicable law.

27. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE You agree that electronic acceptance, including selecting an acceptance checkbox or button associated with these Terms, may constitute your electronic signature and agreement to these Terms.

The Platform may retain the document version, date, time, user identity, and related acceptance information.

28. CHANGES Connect To Inspect may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes may require renewed acceptance in the App or on the website.

A new version does not retroactively change the terms applicable to a completed transaction unless permitted by law and expressly agreed.

29. GENERAL If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and Connect To Inspect about the Platform.
