SMS & MMS NOTIFICATIONS POLICY

SMS & MMS Notifications Policy Effective date: October 18, 2026

1. Who we are and what this covers Connect to Inspect, LLC ("Connect to Inspect") operates connecttoinspect.com, a home inspection booking platform in Florida. This page explains how we use text messaging (SMS) and picture messaging (MMS).

2. Who receives text messages Text messages are currently sent only to the business owner and authorized administrators of the Connect to Inspect platform who opt in. We do not send text messages to homeowners, inspectors, or industry partners at this time. If that changes, we will update this page and obtain separate consent before sending.

3. What messages we send Administrators who opt in receive short operational alerts, such as a new inspection booking, a new inspector application awaiting review, a submitted inspection report, an inspector no-show or GPS not started, a new partner signup, a payment issue, a cancellation, or an unclaimed lead. Messages include a link to the admin dashboard and do not contain sensitive customer details. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. We do not currently send MMS (picture or media) messages.

4. How you opt in Administrators opt in inside their private Admin Notification Settings by entering their own mobile number, checking the consent box, and entering a one-time verification code sent by text. The consent statement reads: "I agree to receive automated operational alert text messages from Connect to Inspect at this number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase." After verification, we send a confirmation text message.

5. Message frequency and costs Message frequency varies based on platform activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

6. How to opt out and get help Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe, or HELP for help. You can also turn text alerts off at any time in your Admin Notification Settings, or contact us at david@connecttoinspect.com or 954-940-2860.

7. Privacy of your mobile number Mobile numbers collected for administrator text alerts are used only to send those alerts. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

8. Carriers Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider.

9. Changes We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
