REVIEW POLICY

Effective Date: October 22, 2026 Version: 1.2

Connect To Inspect permits eligible customers to submit reviews concerning their experience using the Connect To Inspect platform.

1. ELIGIBILITY

A customer may submit one review for an eligible completed inspection.

Reviews are not available for:

  • incomplete inspections;
  • canceled inspections;
  • finalized no-show inspections; or
  • inspections the customer does not own or control.

2. REVIEW CONTENT

Reviews should accurately describe the customer's experience.

Reporting a review. If you see a review or other content on the Platform that is offensive, false, or violates this policy, email david@connecttoinspect.com with a link to it or a description. We review reports promptly and may hide or remove content and suspend users who violate this policy.

Reviews may not contain:

  • threats;
  • unlawful content;
  • another person's private information;
  • fraudulent claims knowingly presented as fact;
  • spam;
  • advertising;
  • malicious software or links;
  • discriminatory harassment;
  • impersonation;
  • content unrelated to the customer's Connect To Inspect experience.

3. PUBLIC DISPLAY

Connect To Inspect may publish approved reviews on its website or applications.

Public reviewer names may be abbreviated, such as “John D.”, rather than displaying a customer's full name.

Connect To Inspect will not intentionally publish unnecessary private customer information.

4. MODERATION

Connect To Inspect may:

  • review submissions;
  • request clarification;
  • hide reviews;
  • reject reviews that violate this Policy;
  • preserve records of moderation decisions.

A hidden review may remain in Connect To Inspect's internal records.

5. NO RETALIATION

Reviews do not determine:

  • inspector compensation;
  • dispatch priority;
  • inspector eligibility;
  • pricing;
  • service-area eligibility.

6. AUTHENTICITY

Customers may not submit reviews for another person or manipulate reviews through duplicate accounts or other deceptive means.
