Connect To Inspect connects homeowners and homebuyers with independent licensed and insured home inspectors.
Connect To Inspect does not perform the home inspection.
The inspector is responsible for:
- performing the inspection;
- complying with applicable licensing requirements;
- applying professional judgment;
- identifying and reporting conditions within the inspection's scope;
- preparing the inspection report; and
- maintaining applicable professional records.
Connect To Inspect facilitates:
- discovery;
- scheduling;
- payment collection;
- appointment communications;
- dispatch;
- report delivery;
- customer support;
- referral-partner coordination where authorized; and
- related technology.
Connect To Inspect may verify an inspector's credentials and insurance, but verification is not a guarantee of professional performance.
A customer should direct professional questions regarding an inspection, finding, omission, or report conclusion to the inspector. Connect To Inspect may facilitate communication and mediation but does not replace the inspector.
A customer's decision to purchase, sell, insure, repair, renovate, finance, or otherwise act concerning a property remains the customer's responsibility.
